Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within [1–3] business days, Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

U.S. shipping
We ship to all 50 states. Standard delivery usually takes [3–7] business days after your order ships. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

International shipping
We ship internationally for a flat $30. Delivery usually takes [7–21] business days, depending on the destination and customs.

International orders: VAT, duties and import fees aren't charged at checkout. Your carrier collects them on delivery. The $30 international fee covers shipping only. These fees depend on your country's rules, and you're responsible for paying them. If a package is refused or left unclaimed because the fees weren't paid, we can't refund the shipping cost.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it delivered but you didn't get it, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.
